Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Each piece is printed fresh when you order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@chorusgoods.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll send you the correct item and provide instructions for returning the incorrect one.

Size or Color Issues

Please review size charts and color descriptions carefully before ordering. Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand items, we cannot accept returns for size or color preference changes unless there is a manufacturing defect.
